If hidden issues are discovered during the job, the scope and cost may need to be adjusted. Any changes will be communicated clearly before work continues.

Safety & Compliance

Some tasks may require permits, specialized tools, or trade-specific expertise. In those cases the work will be referred to a qualified professional.
